Professional experience 

Corporate Competency Development

Between 2018 and 2024, I conducted 20–30 training days per year for MÁV. I worked on developing the job-specific competencies of locomotive engineers and ticket inspectors, using methods based on DISC and MBTI, among others.

International Programs and Bilingual Facilitation

I worked as a trainer on eight English-language Erasmus+ programs, during which we helped young people from various European countries develop their entrepreneurial and personal skills.

For five years, I facilitated the Tempus Public Foundation's DiscoverEU preparatory program. During that time, I led six in-person sessions, six online sessions, and six meetups for a total of more than 200 participants.

I also conducted five-day, English-language skills development programs for European Solidarity Corps volunteers, and I have worked with educators, job seekers, and youth professionals.

Higher Education Programs

In 2025, I facilitated two concept-development projects for Corvinus University of Budapest. These included a three-session expert redesign process and the development of an operational concept for a first-year seminar that reaches approximately 2,000 students annually.

As a result of this collaboration, I joined the university in 2026 as a START-U competency development expert.

In this role, I contributed to:

• in establishing the program's first student mentor team of 30 members;
• in developing the curriculum and requirements for the bilingual START-U Guide course for the 30 student mentors;
• planning and leading selection workshops in Hungarian and English;
• coordinating a two-session professional development program for more than 50 university faculty members;

Business and Organizational Background

Previously, as a product and project manager, I was responsible for two in-house software products that served more than 150 clients. I coordinated the work of three developers, translated client needs into development requirements, and integrated business, technical, and user perspectives.

Prior to that, I established and managed Miskolc's first coworking space. I led the project from concept development and business planning through investor collaboration, sales, and community building to day-to-day operations. The business broke even within two years and became profitable in its third year.

These experiences continue to shape my approach as a trainer and facilitator today. I pay attention not only to people and group dynamics, but also to organizational goals, the various perspectives of stakeholders, and feasibility.

My Role as a Facilitator

I do not want to impose ready-made answers on the participants. I create a safe and structured space where important questions can be voiced, different perspectives can emerge, and the group can collectively arrive at its own workable solutions.

I maintain a firm grip on the process while leaving decisions regarding content to the participants. I ensure that every relevant voice is heard, that the discussion stays on track, and that our collaborative work concludes with tangible results.

My Role as a Trainer

I always link theoretical concepts to practical application. I work with real-life situations, personal experiences, group exercises, and shared reflection.

My goal isn't for participants to be able to list as many concepts as possible by the end of the day. I want them to better understand how they function, see new possibilities, and have at least a few concrete tools they can try out the very next day.
